Interesting Fact - He knows his job well, and is our go-to horse for new rider assessments and special events such as parades, demonstrations, etc.  He is sound at walk, trot, canter, and other than some arthritis and occasional back soreness, has no health issues.  He is trained in Western Pleasure, but he was in the 1999 Special Olympics and helped his rider win a silver medal in dressage. 
Blackie is one of Dream Catcher’s first therapeutic horses.  He has been teaching our students for over 10 years.
