4-H Leadership Club

The 4-H Leadership Club at Dream Catchers at the Cori Sikich Therapeutic Riding Center assists able-bodied and disabled youth develop leadership skills through experience working with horses.  4-H members gain skills in teamwork, cooperation, conflict resolution, responsibility, and character through hands-on lessons that teach about horses.  Participants learn basic breeds, colors, grooming, and health care.  The Dream Catcher’s 4-H Club meets on the first and third Saturday’s of the month.  There is a $30 membership fee for this club which covers project books, curriculum, and supplies.  There are scholarships available for those that qualify.

Children ages 9 – 18 at all levels of ability are invited to participate.
